Refund policy
All Shyftee products are made to order — nothing is pre-stocked, and each item is printed specifically for your order after purchase. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, sizing, or "changed my mind."
Defects and misprints: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us at support@shopshyftee.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll offer a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong size ordered: Please check the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering, as we're unable to offer exchanges for incorrect size selection. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
Order cancellations: Because production begins shortly after purchase, we're unable to guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. If you contact us right away at support@shopshyftee.com, we'll do what we can — but please double-check your order (size, address, design) before completing checkout, since changes after that point often aren't possible.
