Q: Why isn't this "in stock"?
Because we don't guess what you want and hope you buy it. We print it when you order it — no warehouse of unsold sizes, no clearance-rack markdowns baked into the price. You wait a few extra days, we skip the waste, everybody wins except the landfill.
Q: What happens after I order?
Your order isn't sitting in a warehouse waiting to be picked and packed — it's not made yet. Here's the actual timeline:
- Order placed — we hold it for about an hour in case anything needs adjusting, then it goes to production automatically.
- Production (2–5 business days) — your piece is printed, cured, and quality-checked. This is the "extra days" tradeoff for not overpaying to cover unsold stock.
- Shipping (varies by destination) — once it's made, it ships. You'll get tracking the moment it's in transit.
A few honest notes: if your tracking says "label created" but hasn't moved for a day or two, that's normal — production isn't finished yet, not lost. We don't promise a specific response window on emails, since this is a small operation, not a call center. We do read everything and get back to you.
